At Silver Elephants, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

WARRANTY PERIOD: 6 MONTHS

From the date of delivery of the order.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our warranty exclusively covers defects related to manufacturing and material quality:

Manufacturing Materials: We guarantee for life that the jewelry is made of genuine 925 Sterling Silver.
Structural Defects: Faults in soldering or assembly that are not the result of improper use.

2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The following aspects are NOT considered manufacturing defects; therefore, they are not included in the warranty and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

2.1 Natural Wear and Misuse

Damage caused by:

Natural wear and tear from daily use.
Bumps, crushing, deep scratches, or accidental impacts.
Breakage of chains or bracelets due to pulling or snagging.
Exposure to corrosive chemicals (chlorine, direct perfume, industrial detergents).

2.2 Jewelry Tarnishing (Oxidation)

Silver is a metal that naturally reacts with the environment, skin pH, and certain products. Darkening or tarnishing is NOT a quality defect, nor does it mean the jewel is not silver.

Solution: This phenomenon is reversible. It is simply a sign that the jewel requires cleaning or maintenance with a special silver polishing cloth or appropriate cleaning products.

2.3 Stones and Settings

The warranty does not cover the loss, breakage, or damage of stones (zircons, natural stones, or crystals) caused by bumps, drops, or external manipulation after delivery.

4. CLAIM PROCEDURE

If you believe your jewel has a manufacturing defect within the coverage period:

Send clear and detailed photos of the defect.
Have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

Our technical team will evaluate the case. If the warranty applies, we will manage the repair or exchange of the product in accordance with Colombian law.
